We'd like to thank the Garden Friends for their continued efforts in helping to clean up and remove the dead flowers and foliage at the front entrance, as well as trimming and shaping the shrubs. Additionally, we appreciate the trees that have been planted beside the main mailbox area. Thank you all for volunteering your time and resources to this effort.

 Landscaping & Stormwater Management Update

The Storm Water Facilities are running smoothly.  Our maintenance contractor for the two ponds (Detention and Bio-Retention) and their access areas regularly inspects the vegetative filter strips which line the ravine and the Bio-Retention pond at the bottom of Briar Oaks Lane to ensure they are operating as specified by Greenville County.

We have gotten a lot of comments that our community and hope that is something we can all be proud of.
